I am a desperate horsewife living On the Shores of Carpenter Creek. I share my life with City Boy, Geek Boy (aka The Grammar Nazi), and Darling, as well as a handful of dairy sheep, wild horses and an assortment of chickens. I’m sure you have more pressing things to do, but why not stop in for a visit?

Hi Tracy,
I just wanted to thank you for posting a link to my website on homesteadingtoday.com. But I don’t understand what you mean by ‘canibalize’. And, I do get $40 for my art.
Thanks,
Laurie
Thanks for the nice post! I love the “Desperate Horsewife” anme… nice pun! ~ jb///
Wanting to know where/when the Kiger Fest is…any info you have would be really appreciated! Thanks, Alden & Melissa
Hi Alden, the BLM holds a Kiger adoption approximately every four years, meaning the next one should be in 2011. There are horses available, however, year around. Check out the website at http://www.blm.gov/wo/st/en/prog/wild_horse_and_burro.html for more information.
Have a nice day !
Very funny picture of the sheep and the feed bag…made me laugh. Really enjoy your blog…pining for horses…have chickens and turkeys, not the same. Will even settle for a little donkey…maybe even a sheep.
Beth
Hello there,
It’s a pleasure to find your site – it was randomly generated at the end of a post I wrote about my new kitten Milo (aged 9 weeks).
I read the post dated 2007 about your dear little kittens – is there a follow up? What happened to them? Did they find good homes?
I look forward to reading your blog.
