They say it’s going to be warm around these parts today. Good! One last big hurrah, no doubt, before fall takes over. By the time the sun popped over the hill across the road, Bessie had been milked and chores well under way. Couldn’t resist taking just a few shots before feeding the horses. I’d love to show them to you, but for some reason Adobe has gone on strike. I’ve restarted the computer and everything…what ever everything is, because in actuality I only restarted the computer. Either way, no Adobe, no morning pics. Irritating. Simply irritating, because a picture’s worth a thousand words, and I took about twenty pictures, and even if only half of them turned out, well, that’s about 10,000 words I’m going to have to type out in order for you to get the picture…
What? You’d rather wait until it starts working again so you can see it, not read about it?
Well, didn’t you get lucky, cuz Adobe just opened up. Luckier still, because I like far less than half, so you’d have been reading for nothing!
Not that I’ve got much to offer you, anyway. Just another day in paradise…
Sun barely gets it’s eyes open and I’ve already finished milking
Bessie enjoys her after milking play time
Sunny in the morning sunshine…”Put down that camera and feed me!”
(She sounds just like my kids!)
A very confused apple blossom shows up four months late.
Yup, it’s shaping up to be a right pretty day here at Carpenter Creek!
wow! great photos! I LOVE the early morning. It is one of the best times of the day.
I posted a photo JUST for you over at the RES.
Gorgeous pictures-looks like Bessie is feeling her oats !
There really is something therapeutic and enjoyable being outdoors in the early morning, whether it be the crisp air or peace and quiet. Hope ewe had a wonderful day 🙂
Hey, love the pictures. Are your animals full of piss and vinegar when the air gets cold? I know mine are. We still are having temps in the 90’s. I’m telling you, we have no winter here, well, maybe 6 days out of 365. You need to check out what my boys got me today. Boy, I’m going to be riding in style now.lol
Hope you and yours have a blessed day.
Laura
Great pictures… I don’t think words could have done it … not after seeing those pictures. You have a very peaceful looking place there. Another day in paradise indeed!!
What is with that Apple blossom? -grin-

Yup – a gorgeous day, if somewhat a bit warm for September. But, good none the less.
That early morning sun is just perfect for taking pictures. Lovely photos!
Would you believe we had some pretty cool weather here yesterday. Sposed to be a little cooler today. Wore a jacket to work.
Huh?
Pretty pictures, as usual.
A BEAUTIFUL DAY, I’d say! Love the photos of the robo bull!
Hmmm apples. Can’t wait to go apple picking. Certainly looked like a beautiful morning!
I love this time of year when the apples are crisp, really crisp instead of the usual stored psuedo crisp things. Now you have my mouth watering for apples. lol
